Ingredients :
- 200g Cantaloupe, julienne striped
- 50g Black agar-agar
- 100ml Sugar syrup
- 150g Wong Coco Aloe Vera
- 300g Shave ice
- 100ml Red syrup
Method :
- Combine cantaloupe, agar-agar, sugar syrup and Wong Coco Aloe Vera, then stack inside serving glasses.
- Coat with shave ice and red syrup. Serve immediately while cold.
