Wong Coco Style Aloe Vera Cantaloupe Ice

Ingredients :

  • 200g Cantaloupe, julienne striped
  • 50g Black agar-agar
  • 100ml Sugar syrup
  • 150g Wong Coco Aloe Vera
  • 300g Shave ice
  • 100ml Red syrup

Method :

  • Combine cantaloupe, agar-agar, sugar syrup and Wong Coco Aloe Vera, then stack inside serving glasses.
  • Coat with shave ice and red syrup.  Serve immediately while cold.
