Ingredients :
- 3 Eggs
- 150g Granulated sugar
- 100g All-purpose flour
- 250g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan
- 150g Liquid margarine
- Fresh strawberries for decoration
- 50g walnuts/almonds (finely chopped, toasted), as desired
- Powdered vanilla, to taste
Method :
- Lightly beaten eggs, granulated sugar and powdered vanilla until the sugar is dissolved.
- Add liquid margarine into the mixture and stir using a spatula.
- Add in flour and half of Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan that was previously sliced along with walnuts/almonds (as desired) into the mixture, mix well.
- Pour mixture into a brownies pan that was previously spread with margarine and sprinkled with flour.
- Prepare a steamer and wrap the cover with cloth so that the steam won’t drip into the cake mixture.
- Steam the mixture until half cooked, then place Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan on top; steam again until cooked.
- Place brownies on a serving plate.
