Wong Coco Shanghai Ice

Ingredients :

  • 300g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes
  • 2tbsp Basil seeds, soak in hot water
  • 100g Young coconut
  • 5pcs Jackfruit, julienne cut
  • 600ml Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes syrup water
  • 200ml Sweetened condensed milk
  • 300g Shave ice
  • 100ml Cocopandan syrup

Method:

  • Mix well Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes, basil seeds, young coconut and jackfruit; arrange in a serving bowl.
  • Make diluted solution of Wong Coco Nata de Coco syrup water and sweetened condensed milk; stir thoroughly. Pour just enough mixture of Wong Coco Nata de Coco into the bowl.
  • Just before serving, top with shave ice and coat with cocopandan syrup.  Serve at once.
