Ingredients :
- 300g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes
- 2tbsp Basil seeds, soak in hot water
- 100g Young coconut
- 5pcs Jackfruit, julienne cut
- 600ml Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes syrup water
- 200ml Sweetened condensed milk
- 300g Shave ice
- 100ml Cocopandan syrup
Method:
- Mix well Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes, basil seeds, young coconut and jackfruit; arrange in a serving bowl.
- Make diluted solution of Wong Coco Nata de Coco syrup water and sweetened condensed milk; stir thoroughly. Pour just enough mixture of Wong Coco Nata de Coco into the bowl.
- Just before serving, top with shave ice and coat with cocopandan syrup. Serve at once.
