Wong Coco Mixed Fruits Ice

Syrup Ingredients:

  • 300g Cut brown sugar
  • 1000ml Coconut milk from 1½ coconut
  • 2 Pandan leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Salt

Filling Ingredients:

  • 150g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes
  • 150g Aloe Vera Wong Coco
  • 200g Cantaloupe, julienne cut
  • 25g Boiled pearl sago

To serve:

  • 500g Shave ice

Method:

  • Bring the syrup ingredients to boil, strain, then set aside to cool.
  • Place all filling ingredients in a bowl.  Add syrup.
  • Add ice cubes, chill in a freezer for 1 hour.  Serve at once.
