Syrup Ingredients:
- 300g Cut brown sugar
- 1000ml Coconut milk from 1½ coconut
- 2 Pandan leaves
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Filling Ingredients:
- 150g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes
- 150g Aloe Vera Wong Coco
- 200g Cantaloupe, julienne cut
- 25g Boiled pearl sago
To serve:
- 500g Shave ice
Method:
- Bring the syrup ingredients to boil, strain, then set aside to cool.
- Place all filling ingredients in a bowl. Add syrup.
- Add ice cubes, chill in a freezer for 1 hour. Serve at once.
