Wong Coco Fermented Jackfruit Sweet Cake Compote

Ingredients:

  • 300ml Coconut milk
  • 150g Brown sugar
  • 1 Pandan leaf
  • 200ml Potable water
  • 100g Cassava fermented sweet cake (tape)
  • 50g Jackfruit, thin sliced
  • 200g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes

Method:

  • Bring coconut milk, brown sugar, pandan leaf and water to boil until completely dissolved.
  • Add fermented sweet cake, jackfruit and Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes.  Spoon into a serving bowl, serve while warm.
