Ingredients:
- 300ml Coconut milk
- 150g Brown sugar
- 1 Pandan leaf
- 200ml Potable water
- 100g Cassava fermented sweet cake (tape)
- 50g Jackfruit, thin sliced
- 200g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes
Method:
- Bring coconut milk, brown sugar, pandan leaf and water to boil until completely dissolved.
- Add fermented sweet cake, jackfruit and Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes. Spoon into a serving bowl, serve while warm.
