Syrup Ingredients :
- 250g Granulated sugar
- 250ml Potable water
- 2 Pandan leaves
Filling Ingredients :
- 200g Cucumber, pitted, cut lengthwise
- 150g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes
- 100g Wong Coco Aloe Vera
- 1/2 tsp Dried basil seeds, soak in 200ml water
- Shave ice, to garnish
- 100g Sweetened condensed milk, to garnish
Method :
- Bring syrup ingredients to boil. Remove from heat, strain and set aside to cool.
- Place cucumber, Wong Coco Aloe Vera, Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes, basil seeds and water in serving glasses.
- Top with syrup, shave ice and sweetened condensed milk, then serve.
