Wong Coco Icy Cold Ice

Syrup Ingredients :

  • 250g Granulated sugar
  • 250ml Potable water
  • 2 Pandan leaves

Filling Ingredients :

  • 200g Cucumber, pitted, cut lengthwise
  • 150g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes
  • 100g Wong Coco Aloe Vera
  • 1/2 tsp Dried basil seeds, soak in 200ml water
  • Shave ice, to garnish
  • 100g Sweetened condensed milk, to garnish

Method :

  • Bring syrup ingredients to boil.  Remove from heat, strain and set aside to cool.
  • Place cucumber, Wong Coco Aloe Vera, Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes, basil seeds and water in serving glasses.
  • Top with syrup, shave ice and sweetened condensed milk, then serve.
