Wong Coco Durian Mixed Ice

Ingredients:

  • 125g Cendol
  • 375g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan
  • 150g Grass jelly, diced cut
  • 250g Red palm fruit, julienne cut
  • 75ml Vanilla syrup
  • 500g Shave ice

Durian Syrup of Palm Sugar Ingredients:

  • 250g Fresh durian
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 Pandan leaf
  • 50g Refined brown sugar
  • 250ml Coconut milk from 1/4 whole coconut

Method:

  • For durian syrup of palm sugar : blend durian with brown sugar and coconut milk. Bring to boil all ingredients into one over low heat.  Remove from heat. Set aside.
  • Get serving bowl; place cendol, Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan, grass jelly and palm fruits inside.  Top with shave ice.  Coat with vanilla syrup and durian syrup of palm sugar.  Ready to serve.
