Wong Coco Drunken Ice Pudding

Ingredients I :

  • 250g Avocado, diced cut 1 cm, soak in brine water then blended
  • 3 drops Green food colouring
  • 1 pack Powdered agar-agar
  • 450ml Potable water
  • 100g Granulated sugar

Ingredients II :

  • 500ml Coconut milk from 1 whole coconut
  • 1 pack Powdered agar-agar
  • 150g Granulated sugar
  • 20g Pearl sago, hard boiled
  • 150g Aloe Vera Wong Coco

Ingredients III:

  • 300ml Potable water
  • 1/2 pack Powdered agar-agar
  • 75g Granulated sugar
  • 200g Wong Coco Cata de Coco Cubes
  • 3 drops Red food colouring

Method:

  • For ingredients I: combine water, agar-agar, sugar, green food colouring and bring to to boil.
  • Remove from heat; add blended avocado.  Pour into a 22 cm round pan.  Freeze in a fridge.
  • For ingredients II: boil coconut milk, agar-agar and sugar while stirring.  Add pearl sago and  Wong Coco Aloe Vera.  Stir, then pour onto Ingredient I.  Let to freeze in a fridge.
  • For ingredients  III: boil water, agar-agar, Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes while stirring, add red food colouring.  Pour onto Ingredients II; freeze in a fridge.
  • Cut then serve.
