Wong Coco Corn Salad

Ingredients :

  • 300g Boiled shelled corn
  • 300g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan
  • 150g Fresh Champignon mushrooms, sliced
  • 150g Lettuce, shredded
  • 2 tbsp Margarine for stir fry

Dressing Ingredients:

  • 100ml Milk
  • 3 slices Bite-size cheese
  • 125g Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1½ tsp Lemon water

Method :

  • Stir fry Champignon mushrooms until fragranced with margarine until shriveled. Set aside.
  • Dressing: heat up milk; add cheese and stir until combined.
  • Combine mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, salt, and lemon.  Mix well.
  • Serve shelled corn, Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan, mushrooms, and lettuce with the dressing.
