Ingredients :
- 300g Boiled shelled corn
- 300g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan
- 150g Fresh Champignon mushrooms, sliced
- 150g Lettuce, shredded
- 2 tbsp Margarine for stir fry
Dressing Ingredients:
- 100ml Milk
- 3 slices Bite-size cheese
- 125g Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1½ tsp Lemon water
Method :
- Stir fry Champignon mushrooms until fragranced with margarine until shriveled. Set aside.
- Dressing: heat up milk; add cheese and stir until combined.
- Combine mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, salt, and lemon. Mix well.
- Serve shelled corn, Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan, mushrooms, and lettuce with the dressing.
