Wong Coco Aloe Vera Pudding

1st Layer Ingredients:

  • 750ml Wong Coco Aloe Vera syrup water
  • 200g Granulated sugar
  • 1 pack Powdered agar-agar
  • 200g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan
  • 1/4 tsp Lemon water
  • Green food colouring, as desired

2nd Layer Ingredients:

  • 750ml Coconut milk from 1 whole coconut
  • 150g Granulated sugar
  • 2 Pandan leaves
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 pack Powdered agar-agar
  • Green food colouring, as desired
  • 200g Wong Coco Aloe Vera






Vla Ingredients:

  • 500ml Potable water
  • 150g Refined brown sugar
  • 1 Pandan leaf
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour + 2 tbsp potable water

Method:

  • For 1st layer: boil Wong Coco Aloe Vera syrup water, sugar and powdered agar-agar.  Set aside.  Pour a layer into a mold, then place Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan.  Repeat for the remaining of the mixture.  Let stand until half stiffed.
  • For 2nd layer: combine & bring all ingredients to boil, except for Wong Coco Aloe Vera. Set aside.
  • Pour a layer of the pudding mixture. Top with Wong Coco Aloe Vera.  Repeat for the remaining of the mixture.
  • To make vla: boil water, brown sugar, pandan leaf and salt.  Set aside and strain.
  • Add diluted solution of corn flour.  Bring back to boil.
  • Serve pudding with brown sugar vla.
  • Serves 12 slices
