Ingredients :
- 4 Eggs
- 150g All-purpose flour
- 100g Margarine
- 1 pack (280g) Wong Coco Aloe Vera, strained, retain 175 ml of the syrup water (if not enough, potable water can be added)
- Cooking oil for deep frying
To serve:
- Sweetened condensed milk
- Chocolate sprinkles
- Grated cheddar cheese
Method :
- Heat margarine and Wong Coco Aloe Vera syrup water. After boiling, add flour while constantly stirring until thickened and cooked. Set aside to cool.
- Put eggs one at a time while stirring slowly with spatula until thoroughly mixed. Add aloe vera, stir again constantly.
- Take 1 tbsp of dough, make ball shapes using 2 spoons (try to retain aloe vera inside the dough). Put into preheated oil, repeat for all, fry until golden brown and cooked.
- Place/arrange on serving plate, coat with sweetened condensed milk, dust with chocolate sprinkles and grated cheese.
- Ready to be served
