Wong Coco Aloe Vera Eclairs Balls

Ingredients :

  • 4 Eggs
  • 150g All-purpose flour
  • 100g Margarine
  • 1 pack (280g)  Wong Coco Aloe Vera, strained, retain 175 ml of the syrup water (if not enough, potable water can be added)
  • Cooking oil for deep frying

To serve:

  • Sweetened condensed milk
  • Chocolate sprinkles
  • Grated cheddar cheese

Method :

  • Heat margarine and Wong Coco Aloe Vera syrup water.  After boiling, add flour while constantly stirring until thickened and cooked.  Set aside to cool.
  • Put eggs one at a time while stirring slowly with spatula until thoroughly mixed.  Add aloe vera, stir again constantly.
  • Take 1 tbsp of dough, make ball shapes using 2 spoons (try to retain aloe vera inside the dough).  Put into preheated oil, repeat for all, fry until golden brown and cooked.
  • Place/arrange on serving plate, coat with sweetened condensed milk, dust with chocolate sprinkles and grated cheese.
  • Ready to be served
