Wong Coco Sweet Spicy and Sour Seafood Soup

A Ingredients :

  • 100 gr snapper fillets
  • 5 Shrimps, shelled and deveined
  • 2 Squids, sliced into rings
  • 100 gr Blood clams
  • 1 pouch Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes, cocopandan flavour

Spices :

  • 1 Onion
  • 5 Limes, squeezed and retain the water
  • 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 bunch Basil leaves
  • 2 Lemongrass leaves
  • 2 Bay leaves
  • 1 Galangal, 2 cm long
  • 5 Lime leaves
  • 5 Wuluh starfruits, thin sliced
  • 3 Large chillies, pitted, round sliced
  • 7 Bird’s eye chillies, discard the stems

Instructions :

  • Stir fry the above spices ingredients and A ingredients, except for Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes.   Pour in 2 glasses of potable water.  After cooked, put into a serving bowl and add nata de coco.  Garnish with fried onions on top.
