A Ingredients :
- 100 gr snapper fillets
- 5 Shrimps, shelled and deveined
- 2 Squids, sliced into rings
- 100 gr Blood clams
- 1 pouch Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes, cocopandan flavour
Spices :
- 1 Onion
- 5 Limes, squeezed and retain the water
- 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 bunch Basil leaves
- 2 Lemongrass leaves
- 2 Bay leaves
- 1 Galangal, 2 cm long
- 5 Lime leaves
- 5 Wuluh starfruits, thin sliced
- 3 Large chillies, pitted, round sliced
- 7 Bird’s eye chillies, discard the stems
Instructions :
- Stir fry the above spices ingredients and A ingredients, except for Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes. Pour in 2 glasses of potable water. After cooked, put into a serving bowl and add nata de coco. Garnish with fried onions on top.
