Ingredients :
- 200g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes
- 350ml Coconut milk/evaporated milk
- 2 tbsp Dried basil seeds (soak in hot water until expands)
Sweetener; boil until a bit thickened :
- 200g Palm sugar
- 2 Pandan leaves
- 750ml Potable water
Method:
- Place Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes in serving glasses.
- Pour coconut milk/evaporated milk; add basil seeds and sweetener and stir well
- Ready to be served
