Nata De Coco Wedang

Ingredients :

  • 200g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes
  • 350ml Coconut milk/evaporated milk
  • 2 tbsp Dried basil seeds (soak in hot water until expands)

Sweetener; boil until a bit thickened :

  • 200g Palm sugar
  • 2 Pandan leaves
  • 750ml Potable water

Method:

  • Place Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes in serving glasses.
  • Pour coconut milk/evaporated milk; add basil seeds and sweetener and stir well
  • Ready to be served
