Wong Coco Nata de Coco Klappertaart

Ingredients:

  • 1000g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan
  • 250cc Coconut water
  • 200g Granulated sugar
  • 300g Marie Regal biscuits (softened)
  • 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 50g All-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Rum

To decorate:

  • 50g Walnuts, coarsely chopped
  • 50g Raisins
  • 1 tbsp Powdered cinnamon

Method:

  • Prepare a pan.  Pour in all ingredients and mix well.  Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly.  Bring to boil and until thickened.  Turn off the heat; set the batter aside.
  • Preheat oven.  Pour the batter into a heat resistant baking pan sized 20 cm x 20 cm.  Sprinkle with walnuts, raisins and powdered cinnamon.  Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
  • Remove.  Serve.
