Ingredients:
- 1000g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan
- 250cc Coconut water
- 200g Granulated sugar
- 300g Marie Regal biscuits (softened)
- 1 can Sweetened condensed milk
- 2 Egg yolks
- 50g All-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Rum
To decorate:
- 50g Walnuts, coarsely chopped
- 50g Raisins
- 1 tbsp Powdered cinnamon
Method:
- Prepare a pan. Pour in all ingredients and mix well. Cook over medium heat while stirring constantly. Bring to boil and until thickened. Turn off the heat; set the batter aside.
- Preheat oven. Pour the batter into a heat resistant baking pan sized 20 cm x 20 cm. Sprinkle with walnuts, raisins and powdered cinnamon. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes.
- Remove. Serve.
