A Ingredients:
- 2 pouches Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes 720g
- 5 Red chillies
- 3 Limes
B Ingredients:
- 2 Whole mangoes
- 1/4 Whole papaya (small size)
- 1 Cucumber
- 5 Rose apple
- 2 Great hog plum (kedondong)
Method:
- Thoroughly clean all fruits; pat dry, then peel the skins off.
- Grate all fruits (B ingredients).
- Cut Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes into 4 parts.
- Grind red chillies until a bit refined then scoop into a bowl; add lime water then mix.
- Put together A & B ingredients along with Nata de Coco syrup water then mixed them all up. Wong Coco fruit salad is ready to be served.
Notes:
- For good quality grate result, select mango and papaya that are semi ripened, yet sweet.
- Get a grater with rougher or bigger holes.
- For mild and less sour taste, do not add red chillies and lime water.
