Wong Coco Fruit Salad (Jak Boh)

A Ingredients:

  • 2 pouches Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes 720g
  • 5 Red chillies
  • 3 Limes

B Ingredients:

  • 2 Whole mangoes
  • 1/4 Whole papaya (small size)
  • 1 Cucumber
  • 5 Rose apple
  • 2 Great hog plum (kedondong)

Method:

  • Thoroughly clean all fruits; pat dry, then peel the skins off.
  • Grate all fruits (B ingredients).
  • Cut Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes into 4 parts.
  • Grind red chillies until a bit refined then scoop into a bowl; add lime water then mix.
  • Put together A & B ingredients along with Nata de Coco syrup water then mixed them all up.  Wong Coco fruit salad is ready to be served.

Notes:

  • For good quality grate result, select mango and papaya that are semi ripened, yet sweet.
  • Get a grater with rougher or bigger holes.
  • For mild and less sour taste, do not add red chillies and lime water.
