Ingredients :
- 200g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan
- 1 whole medium cantaloupe
- Ice cubes
Pandan syrup :
- 400cc Potable water
- 500g Granulated sugar
- 3 Pandan leaves
Method:
- Cut the cantaloupe, pitted, strain, retain the pulp
- Scrape cantaloupe then mix with the pulp, Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan, syrup and ice.
- Serve cold.
Direction for pandan syrup:
- Bring water and pandan leaves to boil.
- Add in sugar, then stir well; remove from heat and set aside to cool.
- Pandan syrup is ready for use.
