Wong Coco Dugan Cantaloupe Ice

Ingredients :

  • 200g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan
  • 1 whole medium cantaloupe
  • Ice cubes

Pandan syrup :

  • 400cc Potable water
  • 500g Granulated sugar
  • 3 Pandan leaves

Method:

  • Cut the cantaloupe, pitted, strain, retain the pulp
  • Scrape cantaloupe then mix with the pulp, Wong Coco Nata de Coco Dugan, syrup and ice.
  • Serve cold.



Direction for pandan syrup:

  • Bring water and pandan leaves to boil.
  • Add in sugar, then stir well; remove from heat and set aside to cool.
  • Pandan syrup is ready for use.
