Pancake Ingredients :
- 100g All-purpose flour
- 325ml Milk
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Powdered vanilla
- 1 tbsp Chocolate essence
Vla Ingredients :
- 3 tbsp Powdered milk
- 350g Fresh durian
- 2 Egg yolks, beaten
- 2 tbsp Corn flour, dissolved in 100 ml syrup water
- 1 pack of 360g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes
Method :
- Pancake dough: mix all ingredients to become a smooth batter. Let stand for 15 minutes.
- Heat up a pan with 18 cm in diameter. Grease with a little cooking oil.
- Pour a bit of the dough to make thin pancake. Allow to cook. Take away, set aside.
- Vla mixture : Mix 1 pack of Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes with the syrup water and powdered milk; add fresh durian and bring to boil. Take a bit of the mixture; stir with egg yolks, pour back into Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes, milk and durian mixture. Stir evenly. Pour in the corn flour solution; cook until thickened and set aside.
- Fill each pancake with 2 tbsp of vla; roll neatly.
- Serving suggestion : put Wong Coco Nata de Coco chocolate pancake roll with durian vla on a serving plate; top with vanilla ice cream and chocolate condensed milk. Ready to serve.
