Wong Coco Caramel Marble Pudding

A Ingredients:

  • 100g Granulated sugar
  • 100ml Potable water
  • 1 pack Agar-agar, chocolate flavour
  • 500ml Milk
  • 300g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes

B Ingredients:

  • 1 pack White agar-agar
  • 450ml Milk
  • 100g Granulated sugar

Method:

  • A ingredients : Heat up granulated sugar until turning to caramel; pour the water, cook until sugar is dissolved and set aside and allow to cool.
  • Combine and stir well caramel water, agar-agar, milk and Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes.  Cook until boiling.
  • Mix B ingredients: cook with medium heat until boiling; set aside.
  • Pour A & B mixture alternatively into a mold.  Let to freeze.
  • Chill inside a fridge, serve while cold.
