A Ingredients:
- 100g Granulated sugar
- 100ml Potable water
- 1 pack Agar-agar, chocolate flavour
- 500ml Milk
- 300g Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes
B Ingredients:
- 1 pack White agar-agar
- 450ml Milk
- 100g Granulated sugar
Method:
- A ingredients : Heat up granulated sugar until turning to caramel; pour the water, cook until sugar is dissolved and set aside and allow to cool.
- Combine and stir well caramel water, agar-agar, milk and Wong Coco Nata de Coco Cubes. Cook until boiling.
- Mix B ingredients: cook with medium heat until boiling; set aside.
- Pour A & B mixture alternatively into a mold. Let to freeze.
- Chill inside a fridge, serve while cold.
